18-34 Main Street Abutters Meeting
Replacement of an existing unpermitted roof deck. The existing non-code-conforming spiral stair will be replaced with a code compliant spiral stair. A new roof will be installed under the deck. Zoning relief required: Height excessive and restricted roof district.
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident's positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
