    Order for a hearing to discuss the impact of restricted deeds on property ownership and transfer, including the both negative and positive effects, and strategies to promote generational wealth creation. 

    This matter was sponsored by Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson and referred to the Committee on April 10, 2024.

    Members of the public are cordially invited to attend and testify in person or virtually.
