Rental, Cooperative and Ownership Development Funding

The City of Boston’s Neighborhood Housing Trust (NHT) is seeking proposals from for-profit and non-profit developers of eligible affordable housing developments.  This funding is available for rental, cooperative and homeownership developments that address the priorities outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).  

 

There will be a Applicants Conference on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 10:00 am. Interested applicants may register at https://tinyurl.com/4pha52tz. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.   

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent by Wednesday, August 28, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. .  The Letter of Intent should specify the required information as instructed in the RFP.  The Letter should be e-mailed to the attention of Christine O’Keefe,  Acting Director at christine.okeefe@boston.gov . Prospective applicants are also strongly encouraged to contact MOH staff to discuss their individual project before submitting a full proposal.  

The RFP application package will be available beginning Monday, August 5, 2024 at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. Completed proposal applications must be submitted as instructed and returned directly to MOH, 12 Channel Street, Boston, MA, 9th Floor by Friday September 20, 2024 no later than 4:00 pm.
