Age Strong Commission Nutrition Program RFP

We are seeking a partner to carry out the Boston Age Strong Commission Nutrition Program.

The Nutrition Program is funded through Title III of the Older Americans Act and works to provide nutritionally sound meals to eligible participants. The Nutrition Program serves meals to both strategic community locations as well as to the homes of older adults. The program also aims to reduce social isolation of older Americans by providing the meals in a congregate setting whenever possible.

About the RFP

Grant Elegibility

Organizations that submit a proposal in response to this RFP should have experience providing nutrition services to diverse older adults and have the capacity and infrastructure to implement the Age Strong Commission Nutrition Program in Boston in its entirety beginning on October 1, 2024.
