Boston Cannabis Board Voting Agenda

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 1 p.m. The voting hearing is open to the public, however, no additional testimony will be accepted.

This hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, further extending modifications to the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20). The BCB reserves the right to amend the agenda pursuant to applicable Open Meeting Law and Public Notice requirements.

    License Type: Co-located Medical and Recreational Cannabis Dispensary License 

    The BCB is in receipt of correspondence from the Licensee stating that they are no longer pursuing a marijuana establishment at this location. The Licensee is relinquishing their Host Community Agreement with the City of Boston.



     

  3. Informational Hearing

    The Board held an informational hearing to discuss certain conditions that the BCB has placed on licensed premises located within the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District.
