With a track record spanning diverse sectors, including author publications and successful business ventures, Rochelle prioritizes experiential learning and cherishes living in the present moment.

She advocates for positive thinking, self-affirmation, empowerment, continual growth, evolution, and the active pursuit of truth and purpose in every environment she engages in. Over the past twelve years, Rochelle has contributed her expertise within Boston's healthcare and non-profit landscapes, collaborating with esteemed professionals known for their innovation and intellectual curiosity. Blessed with the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share her vision of effecting positive change globally, Rochelle remains dedicated to shaping a brighter future for all.

Driven by her deep-seated passion for literacy and the arts, Rochelle founded "For Black Girls Inc." a non-profit organization that prioritizes the needs of Black womxn and is devoted to empowering and educating BIPOC marginalized communities to foster equitable opportunities alongside their white counterparts.
