Maintenance, Service and Repairs of HVAC Equipment and Systems

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for maintenance, service and repair of HVAC equipment and systems at Boston City Hall and various City of Boston locations, as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013583 beginning at 10:00 A.Mon March 18, 2024. The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: full maintenance and repair contract for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment and systems at various City of Boston locations.

General Bids will be valid only when accompanied by (1) a Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM, showing that the general contractor has been approved in HVAC to bid on projects the size and nature of that advertised, and (2) an Update Statement summarizing the general

contractor's record for the period between the latest DCAMM certification and the date the general contractor submits its bid.

Bids can be filed electronically, on or before 12:00 P.M. on April 11, 2024 at the above- mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on April 11, 2024.
