Collection, Hauling and Disposal of Trash for the Boston Fire Department

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal and searching for Event ID EV00013809, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024. 

A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. A link to the Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be posted on the Supplier Portal.

A 5% Bid Bond is required with the submission of each bid. A 100% Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder.

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal and shall be filed not later than Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal or emailed to Mohammed.Uddin2@boston.gov with the email subject EV00013809 COB FIRE COLLECTIONS RFP-IFB. The Technical Proposal and Price Proposal must be submitted as separate PDFs within the email and/or supplier portal.  RFP submission review will be done through the BAIS portal and all contractors who submit will be notified of the final results.
