Cummins Highway and Regis Road

The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) sells city-owned land properties to private buyers to encourage development in the City.

One of the goals of MOH’s land disposition is to reduce the amount of unused, neglected property existing in the City, placing it back on the tax rolls and adding to the inventory of mixed-income housing.

The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcels for mixed use. The properties are being offered As-Is.

The RFP is soliciting proposals for the development of the parcels located at Unnumbered Parcel on Cummins Highway (Ward 18, Assessor’s Parcel 01091000), and Unnumbered Parcel on Regis Road (Ward 18, Assessor’s Parcel 01092000).

The RFP application package will be available beginning March 4, 2024 and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by June 20, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM. Please go to the above link for detailed instructions on how to submit RFP responses.

There will be one Applicants’ Conference that will be held virtually on April 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interested applicants may register at https://bit.ly/CumminsHwyRegisRd_ApplicantConference. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
