Study of Shadow Impacts on Parkland

The City of Boston, acting by and through the Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for a Study of Shadow Impacts on Parkland.

The RFP will be available on the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal at https://www.boston.gov/procurement on or after 9:00AM on Monday, January 22, 2024.  

Proposals shall be submitted through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal at https://www.boston.gov/procurement before 12:00PM, Boston time, February 29, 2024 and opened forthwith following the State and City procurement practices.  

If submitting via paper, price and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed, clearly labeled envelopes on or before 12:00PM, Boston time, February 29, 2024 to Liza Meyer, Chief Landscape Architect, Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02118.  Failure to submit separate sealed price and technical proposals shall disqualify the entire proposal.
