Engine 3 Fire Station

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, §§ 44-57, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD), Bid Room located at t 1 City Hall Square 1st Floor Boston, MA 02108, hereafter referred to as Awarding Authority is requesting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the above-mentioned project.

The project will be performed under M.G.L. c.149, §§ 44A-44J.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, services for the new Engine 3 Fire Station Project includes, but is not limited to; assistance with land acquisition procedures, community outreach, programming, cost estimating, and design services through construction documents.

Application Package will be available beginning November 132023, and may be obtained by requesting access via email to bid.info@boston.gov. 

All technical questions are to be submitted to PFD’s Bid Counter by email at bid.info@boston.gov on or before November 17, 2023, no later than 12 p.m.

Completed SOQ packages must be returned by November 29, 2023no later than 12 p.m. to the Bid Room located at 1 City Hall Square 1st Floor Boston, MA 02108.

Beginning October 16, 2023, the City of Boston Department of Public Facilities Bid Room will be located at 1 City Hall Square 1st Floor Boston, MA 02108.
