Description
This is a meeting to provide the public with an update on the status of the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture’s
Waterfront Space Planning Study as well as report out the initial findings from the Related Beal RFI for 244-248
A Street. The public can expect to hear briefly about the progress the consultant team has made on the
Waterfront Study, an updated timeline, and ongoing opportunities for feedback. Participants can also expect to
learn more about the feedback received by the Related Beal team and how it will be incorporated into the
MOAC process.
The format of this meeting will include a 15-20 minute presentation from the MOAC team followed by a
question and answer session. Following the City’s presentation and Q&A period, Related Beal will present their
findings and respond to questions. No decisions will be made at this meeting.

2. Share the feedback received by the Related Beal RFI process
3. Discuss the incorporation of the feedback from Related Beal as a case study in the larger waterfront
