The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, the PJ Kennedy School will be renovated.

 to provides accessibility upgrades and fire protection service to the entire existing school building. The project will also include a roughly 3,900 SF 2 story addition housing a new main entrance at- grade, a new stairwell, a new elevator serving all 3 levels of the building, and accessible toilets.

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, One City Hall Square, on or before 12 p.m. on November 15, 2023.
