Welcome Home, Boston (Phase 2)

The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) sells city-owned land properties to private buyers to encourage development in the City. One of the goals of MOH’s land disposition is to reduce the amount of unused, neglected property existing in the City, placing it back on the tax rolls and adding to the inventory of mixed-income housing.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) offers the public a chance to submit proposals for parcels of land owned by the City of Boston in the Dorchester and Mattapan neighborhoods of Boston. The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcels for residential use. The properties are being offered As-Is.

The RFP is soliciting proposals for the development of the parcels located at: Selden (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702526000), 106 Selden (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702535000), 80 Selden (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702542000), 11 Capen (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702081000), 262 Norfolk (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702079000), 270 Norfolk (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702117000), 65 Ballou (Ward14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403766000), 71 Ballou (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403768000), Callender (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402947000), 105 Callender (ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402858000), 47 Colonial (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1701564000), 17 Stratton (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403100000), 19 Stratton (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403101000), 21 Stratton (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403102000), 43 Deering (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1404735000), 47 Deering (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1404736000), 83 Wildwood (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1403923000), 20 McLellan Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402518000), 24 McLellan Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402517000), Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401312001), 19 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401312000), 21 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401313000), 23 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401314000). 94 Milton (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1702861000), 34 Wales (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402792000), and Park (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1701163000),
