Boston Public Library Loading Dock Concrete Repair

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to

as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Boston Public Library Loading Dock Concrete Repair.

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about Monday, August 28, 2023, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.

There will be a mandatory onsite walkthrough on: Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 9:00 AM (Boston time) at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 230 Dartmouth Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the McKim Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Facilities Manager will meet you. Please RSVP by Monday, September 11, 2023, before 12:00 PM (Boson Time) to business@bpl.org.

Prevailing Wage Rates apply, and a 5% bid deposit is required. Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds will also be required as per M.G.L. c. 149.
