Aaron Braddock
Aaron Braddock is originally from New Mexico and moved to Boston to attend college at Northeastern University. While living in New Mexico, Aaron worked in municipal government and later interned for U.S. Senator Tom Udall and Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small. His most recent work experience prior to joining the City of Boston was working as a Processing Assistant at the Massachusetts State Archives and as a Communications Specialist at MIT.
In this role, Aaron is excited to be a friendly conduit between the community and municipal government by connecting their needs to what their government can do for them. For him, civic engagement shows up most when he can use face-to-face interactions to empower people to build up their communities and, by extension, themselves. Aaron is especially committed to ensuring that nobody is, or feels, forgotten.
When not working at City Hall or out in the community, Aaron enjoys reading, spending time with friends, visiting museums, writing, and playing games.
