Site Remediation and Post-closure Monitoring Services

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents (Documents).  

The proposal is available on Monday, July 17, 2023, City of Boston website at https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement.

This contract is procured under the provision of Chapter 30B, section 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws.  

All sealed proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the documents.  The Completed document package must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed original Price Proposals and three (3) copies of the non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope labeled Site Remediation and post-closure monitoring services for Spectacle Island in Boston Harbor, Millennium Park in the West Roxbury section, and related sites of The City of Boston.

The Price Proposal must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 10, 2023, to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118.

The contract awarded pursuant to Request for Proposals shall be for a term of 12 months with two one-year options to renew at the sole discretion of the Parks and Recreation Department, The maximum time for proposal acceptance by the City after the opening of proposal shall be ninety (90) days.
