Lindsey Boozer

Deputy Director

Lindsey Boozer has been a member of the City of Boston workforce since 2021 and is a proud Fenway resident. She has a distinct passion for social policy and advocacy work, highlighted in her academic background through a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and a Graduate Certificate in the Nonprofit Sector, Philanthropy, and Social Change from Northeastern University. She also holds two bachelor's degrees from Miami University - a BA in Political Science and a BSW in Social Work.

Lindsey’s professional background includes working for nonprofit organizations such as the National Eating Disorders Association and United Way, as well as experience working on a congressional campaign. This diverse background has strengthened her commitment to advancing socially driven missions by fostering collaborations between the public and private sectors. Lindsey joined the Office of Youth Engagement and Advancement (OYEA) as Strategic Partnerships Manager in May 2023, when the Office was first launched. In her current role as Deputy Director, Lindsey continues to prioritize building meaningful connections between the City of Boston and its many youth-focused community organizations.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys running along the Charles River, visiting Boston's historic landmarks, and exploring everything the city has to offer.
