Lease for Furnished Office Spaces

The space needs to be a furnished office space and can be divided into multiple floors.

The term of the lease entered into shall be a two (2) year period, commencing August 1, 2023, and terminating July 31, 2025, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, to be exercised in 1-year increments.

The Lease for Furnished Office Spaces RFP will be available beginning June 5, 2023, and may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/procurement and searching for Event EV00012548.  Technical and price proposals should be submitted virtually through the Supplier Portal. Submission instructions are further detailed in the RFP. 

Proposals must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on July 3, 2023.
