Project Goals

Grace Apartments is a 42-unit, seven story, 100% affordable rental development for the elderly (55+), disabled and formerly homeless. The site is on land currently owned by the East Boston Community Development Corporation. The new units will be all designed to meet Universal Design guidelines. Ten units will be for residents with incomes 30% AMI or below, five of which will be dedicated to formerly homeless residents. Sixteen units will be for residents with incomes at or below 60% AMI.

City Planning

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
