Thanks to all those who participated in the December meeting. Based on community input, MOH will be working with Egleston Square Neighborhood Association to explore affordable housing as the permanent use for this site. A meeting to discuss specific housing-focused development guidelines is being planned for spring.

The 174-176 Boylston Request For Proposals (RFP) was released on March 27, 2023 and may be accessed via the public RFP listing linked above. An applicant conference will be hosted by MOH on April 11th and all interested applicants are encourage to attend. Details are available in the RFP.

This addendum includes: 1) a plot plan; and 2) a PDF of questions and answers from the RFP Pre-Applicant Conference held on April 11, 2023 via Zoom. This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
