MOH issued an RFP for the use of this parcel for urban agriculture in January 2024. Two eligible proposals were received. Based on the RFP evaluation criteria and community feedback, in June 2024 MOH designated Boston Farms Community Land Trust as the tentative developer for an urban farm on this site.
