Project Goals

One parcel totaling 4677 sq ft and zoned for 3F-5000. Parcel is a rear lot with minimal street frontage and therefore undevelopable. The abutters property is reasonably assessed. It appears to be fenced off from the abutters right now and partially wooded but it would function well as extra yard space for the abutter.

This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.

The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
