Project Goals

One landlocked parcel totaling 8,073 sq ft and zoned for 2F-6000. The parcel can only be accessed via the private way of the condo association to the South which have fenced off this wooded lot. The parcel has no development potential on its own because it is landlocked. If the condo association is not interested it would be possible to entertain joint offers by the abutters to the North on Sayward St.

This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.

The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
