Graffiti Removal Services

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites bids for the performance of graffiti removal services on an as needed basis as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid packages may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00012272 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 1, 2023.  

THE SCOPE OF WORK is for Graffiti Service at various locations across the City of Boston, to perform general graffiti removal work from a variety of surfaces, removing or painting over unwanted graffiti, tags, paint, spray paint, marker, or other materials marring surfaces, safely and without damaging the original surface as further described in the Specifications. 

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 16, 2021.
