PFD – Clougherty Pool

Demolition of the existing two pools, pool deck, filtration system, retaining walls and fence at the Clougherty Pool, further detailed in the plans and specifications available electronically only on or about April 17, 2023 upon request submitted to bid.info@boston.gov.

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.

General bid: General Building Construction

All bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Annex, Boston, MA on or before 12 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 27, 2023 for General bids at which time and place respective bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud in person and virtually. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
