Lease for Furnished Office Spaces

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD), is requesting proposals.

from firms for the Lease of Furnished Office Spaces.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified owners of real property for the lease of a total of approximately 52,000 net usable square feet (sf) of furnished office space, with 20,000 sf for Office A and 32,000 sf for Office B. These offices do not need to be in the same building and/or floor.

The term of the lease entered into shall be a two (2) year period, commencing July 1, 2023, and terminating June 30, 2025, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, to be exercised in 1-year increments.

The Lease for Furnished Office Spaces RFP will be available beginning April 3, 2023, and may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/procurement  and searching for Event #11911. Technical and price

proposals should be submitted virtually through the Supplier Portal. Submission instructions are further detailed in the RFP.

Interested parties should send an email to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov to request to receive any and all addenda via email.

Any questions related to the content of the RFP should be submitted to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov by 12 p.m. on

April 14, 2023. Responses will be posted via addendum on the Supplier Portal no later than 48 hours prior to the proposal deadline and will be emailed to anyone who has requested email updates via pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on May 5, 2023.
