Idalin Andrades is the Director of Prevention and Early Intervention of the Infectious Disease Bureau. After earning her Master of Arts (M.A.) from Curry College, Mrs. Andrades acquired applied skills and a thorough understanding of four program cornerstones: Public Administration, Ethical Leadership, Problem-solving, and Innovation, with over eight years of experience educating and advocating for the most vulnerable populations. Her areas of expertise include case management, social justice, public health education, and individuals' overall social determinants of health. She experienced developing curricula and educational initiatives supporting organizational strategic goals, missions, and values.
