Traffic Advisory for Donna Summer Disco Party on Thursday, June 16, 2022

Street closures and parking restrictions will be in effect in the City of Boston.

The Donna Summer Disco Party will be happening on Boylston Street adjacent to Copley Square, will be taking place in Copley Square from 6 - 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2022, bringing traffic changes for the City of Boston. People attending the Disco Party are encouraged not to drive their personal vehicles. Information on Bluebikes, the regional bike share service, may be found on the Bluebikes website and information on the MBTA may be found on the MBTA website. For a faster return trip, the MBTA advises riders to purchase a round-trip rather than a one-way ticket. Walking is also a great way to move around Boston. It is important to read all posted signs.

Traffic and Parking Restrictions:

The City of Boston Transportation Department is implementing parking restrictions on the following streets to reduce congestion and illegal parking:

“Tow Zone No Stopping Thursday 12 PM to 11PM” signs will be in effect June16 on the following streets:

  • Boylston Street, South side (Copley Square side), from Dartmouth Street to Clarendon Street.
