Nolin Greene
Nolin Greene is the Director of Innovation and Technology for the Mayor's Office of Housing.
Prior to joining the City of Boston, Nolin was an associate director at Social Finance, a non-profit, Boston-based professional services firm. At Social Finance, Nolin led project teams to help public sector and non-profit organizations develop strategies to help solve pressing social challenges.
Prior to that, Nolin was the data analytics manager for the City of Boulder’s Housing and Human Services Department. In that role, he helped the department implement best-in-class information technology and analytic tools to help drive performance through a focus on measurable results. Nolin has also worked for the Harvard Kennedy School’s Government Performance Lab, the City of Chicago and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Nolin earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelors of Science degree in International Business from Northeastern University.
