Continuum of Care Bonus, DV Bonus & Reallocation

The City of Boston, on behalf of the Boston Continuum of Care (Boston CoC), acting through its Director of the DND, invites proposals for new projects or expansion funding for current project. In addition, for survivors of Domestic Violence. Funding has been made available through U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s Continuum of Care (CoC) Program for non-profit homeless service providers that wish to be included in a single, city-wide application for CoC funds to HUD.

All Applicants that plan to apply for inclusion in the City’s 2021 Boston CoC application under this RFP MUST submit a Letter of Intent. Letters of Intent are due on October 1, 2021 by 5:00 PM, and must be submitted via email to Katie Cahill-Holloway.

The RFP package will be available beginning at 9:00 AM, September 27, 2021 from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement), access Event # EV00009782.

Completed proposals must be submitted electronically, as specified, before October 15, 2021, no later than 4:00 PM.

An optional Applicants’ Conference will be via Zoom on September 30, 2021 at 12:00 Noon. Please email Katie.cahill holloway@boston.gov by 10:00 AM on the date of the meeting or sooner to receive Zoom link. It is our expectation that you read the RFP prior to the Applicants’ Conference so we can answer any questions you may have about the RFP.
