COVID EXTENSION OF THE RARE BOOKS PROJECT

The City of Boston, acting by the Board of Trustees in charge of the Library Department of the City of

Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites bids for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal:

https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL’S COVID EXTENSION OF THE RARE BOOKS PROJECT

SCOPE OF WORK includes: Continued storage and completion of the Rare Books project from 2018.

Bids shall be due or submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday September 24, 2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all proposals, if it be in the public interest to do so.

The bid information will be available on or about Monday, September 13, 2021.
