The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Office of Facilities Management, Planning & Engineering Department (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above titled Project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, Section 39M of Chapter 30 of the General Laws, as amended and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract entitled “Air Conditioner Installations in Various Boston Public Schools”

SPECIFICATIONS:  Will be available in the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2^nd floor, Dorchester, MA 02125 after 12:00 noon (Boston time), Monday, August 23, 2021.  To request Electronic files, send an email to Maria Lew-Houston, mlewhouston@bostonpublicschools.org.

BIDS:   Shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2^nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2^nd Floor, Boston, MA 02125, before twelve o’clock noon (Boston time), Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at which time and place respective bids will be opened and read aloud.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:  Will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campbell Resource Center, Rob Roy Conference Room, 3^rd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125.  Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
