Immigrant Youth Advancement Program

A leadership and work-readiness program for immigrant students

We want to ensure our City's youth all have the same opportunities for personal and professional development. The Immigrant Youth Advancement Program, formerly called the Dreamers Fellowship, provides leadership training and hands-on experience to immigrant youth regardless of immigration status.

The grant application for the Fall 2024 Immigrant Youth Advancement (IYA) Program is now closed. Please fill out this interest form if your non profit organization is interested in applying for future IYA grants. Organizations must provide leadership development and professional skills attainment in a culturally and linguistically sensitive manner.

Eligible youth should fill out this interest form. The application for the work experience opportunity is expected to be available by early October 2024. Once applications become available, we will notify youth via email.

For information and how to participate, email IYA@boston.gov.
