Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written quotes for the project listed above. Quotes will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Installation of Water Bottle Refill Stations - Package 1A, Various Schools

Quotes for filed sub bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, August 4, 2021 and opened forthwith, and general bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, August 18, 2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all quotes, if it be in the Public Interest to do so.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Wednesday July 21, 2021 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

The successful bidder will be required to provide by insurance for the payment of compensation and the furnishing of other benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, General Laws (Ter.Ed.), chapter 152, to all persons to be employed under the contract, and sufficient proof of compliance with the foregoing stipulation will be required before commencing performance of this contract.
