Lisa Palmer-Glover
Lisa Palmer-Glover was born and raised in Boston. She graduated from Hyde Park High School in 1985. She then graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2007 and a Master's in Urban Affairs in 2008 from Boston University.
As Lisa began her career with the City of Boston in 1998, she was hired as a Housing Clerk for four years. She then ventured off to the private sector where she gained superb caller engagement skills, and was able to fully understand the value of superior customer service. She has a background in management, getting to know people, and building supportive relations with families.
In 2002, she worked as a Therapeutic Support worker at the Children Services of Roxbury. Lisa enjoyed working with children and families who were in crisis, where she could reunify families and bring back that once beloved community. This is where she began to build her experience in successfully managing, mentoring, coaching and leadership skills. She was able to get to know the families in the community and was able to build supportive relationships; Which is what comes naturally to her .In these roles, Lisa has gained experience in leading a Call Center team. In these roles,. She has superb caller engagement skills, and fully understands the value of superior customer care.
