The Boston Parks and Recreation Department is looking for ideas to transform the vacant parcel at the corner of Hyde Park Avenue and Mt. Hope Street into publicly accessible park space.

This parcel lies in a part of Roslindale that is particularly underserved by public open space. BPRD has been looking for ways to increase and diversify parkland opportunities in this area, and this 4800 sf vacant parcel is one exciting way to work towards that goal.

What do you think?

We're interested in hearing your thoughts as we begin thinking about the future of the Mount Hope Street Parcel.
