The City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is seeking several non-profit Community Based Senior Servicing (CBSS) agencies with the capacity, experience and ability to administer its Senior Homeowner Services (SHOS) Program.

The anticipated contract term is 24 months, 7/1/21–6/30/23.  There will be one option to extend the contract for an additional 12 months, 7/1/23 – 6/30/24.

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning June 1, 2021 from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (), the City’s online process for purchasing, bidding, contracting, vendor registration and payment.
