The City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) hereby invites proposals from qualified nonprofit and for-profit vendors to manage Boston’s housing matching engine, the Coordinated Access System (CAS), and provide support for Boston’s Initiative to End Homelessness and Boston’s Coordinated Entry System. 

The anticipated contract term is 11 months, 8/1/21–6/30/22. There will be two options to renew the contract for an additional 12 months per option, with the potential for a 2% increase in cost each year.

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning April 26, 2021 from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement), the City’s online process for purchasing, bidding, contracting, vendor registration and payment.
