02/19/2021 The Board held mandatory informational hearings on October 6, 2020 and December 1, 2020 (the Licensee failed to appear at the December hearing despite receiving notice). The Board also held a mandatory information hearing on January 12, 2021 at which the Licensee was put on notice of the potential cancellation of the License due to the alleged change in beneficial interest and management effectively transferring the License without the Board’s approval. Further, the Licensee was put on notice that the landlord of the Licensed Premise has informed the Board the Licensee no longer has the legal right to occupy the premise. The attorney for the Licensee stated at the January 12, 2021 hearing that should the Licensee and the landlord not reach an agreement within thirty (30) days the Licensee was aware the License would be cancelled. The Board has not received any subsequent information from the Licensee.
