2.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of January 14, 2021 Meeting.

3.         Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with BCP-CG 27 Property, LLC, for the continued use of 27 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, establish new fixed rent and annual escalations, and establish new transaction rent calculation. 

4.         Request authorization to amend the Easement Agreement with the Massachusetts Port Authority for property located within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park to increase the total square feet of land, extend the termination date, establish new payment structure, and to sell approximately 369 square feet of land at 88 Black Falcon Avenue to Massport. 

5.         Request authorization to establish a Maritime Capital Reserve Fund to provide a targeted source of capital for infrastructure investments that support the maritime economy. 

6.         Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for Elevator Maintenance, Repair and Testing within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

7.         Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals from qualified developers to redevelop Parcels G, G1, H and H1 located at 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue along with abutting parcels within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
