To add your information to the City of Boston's Annual Resident Listing, you have two options:
Before you get started online
Each year, the City is required by state law to conduct a census of all residents 17 years of age or older. We use the information to protect your voting rights and provide better City services.
You must be 17 years of age or older to fill out a form. With our online form, you can only add information for one person at a time. Please make sure your information is accurate.
PLEASE NOTE:
- By not responding to the Annual Census, a person's voter status will be changed to INACTIVE. By responding to the Annual Census, a voter's status will remain ACTIVE.
- Completing the online does not register you to vote. You can learn how to register to vote, or call 617-635-3767 for more information.
