Assistant Commissioner Kelly Mackey is charted with moving the technology and business processes of the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) forward. Kelly oversees all financial aspects and various administrative affairs of ISD including  budget, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and procurements.  

Upon receiving her MBA in Information Systems at Boston University Kelly began her career at Doit as a Business Analyst.  At which time she spearheaded countless projects and partnered with other city agencies including: ISD, BFD, and the Parking Clerks office.  Kelly was also part of the team that helped develop several on line permitting portals, databases and programs.

Kelly is a resident of the South End, by way of Quincy.
