This Boss Chick Dance Workout® combines the best of Full Body HIIT Workout and Dance Cardio into a dynamic 60-minute session that blends high-intensity dance moves with strength training exercises for a full-body workout. This class fuses the heart-pumping energy of Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Afrobeats, and Twerk with the benefits of a HIIT-based structure, alternating between high and low intensities. Expect to follow along with fun, hip-poppin’ dance routines while sculpting your body through targeted strength training, core work, and a revitalizing cool-down stretch. Get ready to shake, drop, and sweat your way to improved health and fitness!
