Virtual BCYF Curley Community Center renovations meeting to be held June 18

Virtual community meeting will update on proposed design.

Please join Boston Centers for Youth & Families, and the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department for a virtual meeting to continue the discussion about upcoming renovations to the BCYF Curley Community Center in South Boston on Thursday, June 18 at 6 p.m.

Due to the current public health crisis, participants will be able to join via computer or phone using WebEx. This meeting will share schedule updates, a presentation showing design progress and updates on the relocation of some of the center’s programming.

The meeting will be recorded and the presentation will be posted online so if you are unable to join you will be able to view it all at your convenience on the BCYF Curley website following the meeting.

The Walsh Administration's investment in the center will include a major renovation of the existing building that supports re-programming the interior space and provides resilient protection from future sea level rise.
