Replace existing twelve (12’) foot by two (2’) foot wall sign with a new twelve (12’) foot by two (2’) foot aluminum sign below front façade’s first story bay window.

At side copper-clad addition, replace existing EPDM roof with new EPDM roof, insulation, and copper flashing; replace existing windows in-kind; replace existing copper siding in-kind; add new gutter and downspout; and add new stucco coating over existing concrete.
