PILOT Agreements, Institutional, and Intergovernmental Relations

Our committee reviews the City's relationships with institutions and government entities, and evaluates the payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreements entered into by the City of Boston.

The Committee works to enhance the transparency and consistency in PILOT payments by institutions.  We want to make sure residents have input regarding the benefits to their community. We also want to develop community and intergovernmental partnerships.
