    0405    Message and order to reduce the appropriation for the reserve for Collective Bargaining by Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($69,500.00) to provide funding for the Police Department for FY20 cost contained with the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Boston and the Boston Police School Traffic Supervisors Association.

    0406    Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation of Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($69,500.00) to cover the FY20 cost items contained with the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Boston and the Boston Police School Traffic Supervisors Association. The terms of the contract are September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020. The major provisions of the contract include a base wage increase of 2% and a new step effective the first period of September 2019.

    0407    Message and order for an appropriation order in the amount of Twenty-Four Million Three Hundred and Nine Thousand Dollars ($24,309,000.00) from the Fiscal Year 2020 Community Preservation Fund revenues for community preservation projects at the recommendations of the City of Boston Community Preservation Committee ("CPC"). The CPC is recommending $15,750,000.00 in affordable housing project, $3,440.00 in historic preservation projects and $5,119,000.00 in recreational use and open space projects.

    0408    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($850,000.00) in the form of a grant for the FY20 Boston Regional Intelligence Center Earmark, awarded by the MA Executive Office of Public Safety & Security to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund upgrading, expanding and integrating technology and protocols related to anti-terrorism, anti-crime, anti-gang and emergency responders.

    0409    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the FFY20 Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program, awarded by the United States Department of Transportation, passed through the MA Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, to be administered by the Police Department.

    0410    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the FY20 State Budget Earmark, awarded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to be administered by the Boston Center for Youth & Families. The grant will fund equipment and supplies for afterschool and senior programs at the BCYF Nazzaro Center.

    0411    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the Animal Care Fund, awarded by Donor Group to be administered by the Department of Parks and Recreation. The grant will fund the maintenance of the City of Boston Animal Shelter and assistance with medical care for sick or injured animals whose owners are Boston residence.

    0412    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a donation of Lyft discount codes from Cut50, a national non-profit focused on criminal justice reform. The value of the codes is not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and will be used by the Office of Returning Citizens to support returning citizens who are facing transportation challenges in the City of Boston.
