Traffic Advisory for Weekend Beginning Friday, July 19, 2018

Bastille Day Celebration in the Back Bay

A Bastille Day celebration taking place this weekend will impact traffic and parking on Marlborough Street in the City of Boston.  People coming into the City for the event are encouraged not to drive their personal vehicles.  Information on Blue Bikes, the regional bike-share service, may be found at http://bluebikes.com and information on the MBTA may be found at www.mbta.com.  Walking is also a great way to move around Boston

Marlborough Street, between Berkeley Street and Clarendon Street, will be closed to traffic from 7:00 AM on Friday, July 13, through 7:00 AM on Saturday, July 14.

In addition, “Tow Zone No Stopping Boston Police Special Event Friday” temporary parking restrictions will be in effect as follows.

  • Marlborough Street, both sides, from Berkeley Street to Clarendon Street.
