Allston-Brighton
UVA Exhibit Gallery at the Arthaus, December 9 - January 15, 2022
 
Unbound Visual Arts is having a holiday sale at their first community art gallery in Allston-Brighton. There will be 11 artists showing their work in the exhibit, and a grand opening is scheduled for December 12 from 1-4 p.m.

Visit the Boston Women’s Holiday Market at the new Charles River Speedway in Brighton. There will be over 25 local small businesses there to help you find the perfect gift for everyone on your list.

Back Bay

Old South Church’s annual Christmas craft fair will have a wide array of handmade objects for sale, including paintings, soaps, jewelry, textiles, pottery, note cards, paper art, ornaments, and much more. The Boston Conservatory Brass will also be on hand with live music!

Black Owned Bos. has launched a curated boutique pop-up shop at 154 Newbury Street. It features 30+ brands under one roof offering everything from provisions, to clothing and accessories, beauty products and more.

Beacon Hill

The Hidden Art Gallery has artworks by five local artists in its annual show. You’ll find one of a kind mixed media, oil paintings, acrylic, watercolors, prints, and greeting cards.

Charlestown

The Artists’ Group of Charlestown hosts this annual event to showcase artists’ works and promote high-quality cultural programming for the community. Explore three stories of artists’ studios and workspaces housed within a 19th century former stove factory building.

Join Haus of Threes to support local queer and trans businesses and drink hot chocolate! Connect with local non-profits including the Transgender Emergency Fund.

Downtown

The Boston Public Market is hosting its fifth annual Holiday CrEATor Market, where dozens of local artisans sell their wares alongside the Market’s year-round farmers, fishers, and food entrepreneurs.

Fenway-Kenmore

Boston Women’s Market and Time Out Market Boston are teaming up to bring you an afternoon of holiday shopping and winter fun! Join them inside Time Out Market for a special Makers Market in support of local small businesses.

  • Fenway Pop-Up Holiday Bazaar: Saturday, December 18  from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Stop by the Fenway Community Center at 1282 Boylston St. for their annual holiday market featuring locally-produced, handmade items including, original artwork and prints, hand-made jewelry, and other gifts.

Jamaica Plain

First Church in Jamaica Plain is hosting a craft fair at 6 Eliot Street. There will be several vendors, food, music, and family fun. 

Join the North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB) at 105 South Huntington Ave for authentic Native American crafts and food. All food proceeds will go toward youth programming.

 

Roslindale

The Annual RVMS Holiday Market returns this year on and around the Birch Street Plaza! Come do your holiday shopping from craft vendors, listen to live music, shop local businesses, and spread cheer with your neighbors and friends in Roslindale. 

Roxbury
  • Roxbury Open Studios Collaborative’s Holiday Pop-Up Shop: Saturday, December 11 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Roxbury Open Studios Collaborative is hosting a one-day holiday pop-up at the Dewitt Center featuring local artists and artisans. They will be selling handmade creations ranging from artwork to jewelry, to clothing and more.

Black Market is celebrating Black legacy with its fifth annual holiday marketplace. Stop by 2136 Washington Street to meet local artists and do some holiday shopping. 

Seaport

This season Boston Seaport by WS Development teamed up with The Makers Show to create a holiday market at 88 Seaport Boulevard. The Holiday Market at Snowport features more than 60+ small businesses, a tree market, and food and drink from Tuscan Kitchen.

Boston Women’s Market (BWM)  is joining Harpoon Brewery for a special Holiday Sip & Shop featuring 15 BWM makers and artists. 

South End

Don’t miss the sixth annual SoWa Winter Festival, which takes place across three locations! There will be a fresh pine tree forest with 105 local art & food vendors, an outdoor winter wonderland with food and drinks, and artist studios and window displays.
